Just completed W1R3, and am surprised that I managed to do it. I'm using a treadmill, because I suffer terribly with colds and things if I'm out in low temperatures. I'm determined to do this though. I'm 3.5 stone into the 'obese' category, and although I'm trying to watch what I eat too, I'm giving this my biggest push at the moment. I can't imagine running for 5 minutes, never mind 30 , but I trust the app to increase as I'm able.
