Week 3
Started week 3, day 1 today. Phew! Was very glad that there were only 4 runs in total, but the second 3 minute one hurt a lot towards the end. Hoping that I'm a bit more used to it, as it's up to the 5 minute ones next week! Just keep needing to remind myself that lots of other people who are as unfit as me have managed this. Fingers crossed.

I just finished week 3 so I guess you are a few weeks ahead by now but I noticed on the last run that as long as I keep pushing when I want to stop I don't ever feel worse than I did at that point. I try to keep that in mind so I will keep going.
