I'm running in Carlisle, UK around the local park. The weather isn't the best but it cools me down.

This is the third or fourth time I've used the app but I've run for longer than ever this time. I'll be starting the week 5 runs tomorrow and although I'm a bit nervous about all those 5 minute runs (which I've not found easy in week 4) I'm feeling a bit more like a runner this time. I've always lost motivation before but this time I'm enjoying myself so I hope that means it'll stick.
