Running Newbie
I started last week on Monday 13th May. It was a challenge to do, but found it energising. This week is slightly harder,due to tiredness but it is a good tiredness. I have one more to go this week. I do feel stronger in my body than I did when I started . My mother has noticed a change as well.

The hardest thing for me is to leave the house. Then I just keep running and feel happy for the rest of the day:)) I will miss the lovely, encouraging voice - so I think I will keep repeating W9 until the rest of my life!
