Re: Week 2
Just finished W2R1 in Maine! Great day and feeling outstanding! Looking forward to running my first race in Oct! Enjoy your run!
Re: Week 2
Hi there
I am also on w2r2, I'm running again tomorrow. I'm managing it but it's hard for me. Can't imagine I'll ever run for 30 mins non stop - phew. I'm in London running I my local park with my dog! Good luck..

Re: Week 2
I know, taking a sneak preview of the weeks ahead I can't imagine how I'll be able to do it. Good to know there are a few of us together! I run with my black lab called Ellie. Well, I jog, she doesn't even need to break in to a trot!
Re: Week 2
Cant believe I made it through the first week. starting week 2 sunday. I am old 63. anyone keep me going. but i did it for week one!!!
Re: Week 2
Hi all. Just finished W2R3, think I might have to repeat this week as the jump to 3 minutes might be too much of a struggle and Ill probably give up. Should I push myself or repeat the last one until its easier. I'm not sure?
Re: Week 2
Sugar11 - I'd be interested to know what you decided to do. I'm two runs into Wk 2 and I'm not sure I'll be able to do Wk 3 when I complete this week. Did you push on or repeat?
Re: Week 2
I'm the same, I've run week 2 4 times now and I still find it really difficult. Can't see how I'll be able to move onto week 3!!
