Week 4 Run 1 done

I just completed W4R1 and I feel great! I did the first run like I have for most of my other 1stbruns of a week, I slowed down the pace. I thengradually increase to get back to my regular pace by the end of the week. So far it has worked. No pain, no injuries. What a difference running 5 minutes is! I caught myself beginning to think, how much time do I have left, and made myself stop and think about how far I have come in 4 weeks instead! Celebrating thatbI am running more than I have in a long time! A days rest than back at it again on Friday! Enjoy your run everyone!
