Well completed 2nd run of w5 and feeling good. Got back up to my regular pace for the 2 ten minute runs. Will slow it down for the 25 min run on Sun. I want to give myself as much chance to succeed! Then week 6 I will try and get back to my regular pace and stay there until the end of the program. I can't believe that I will only have a few more weeks to go. A bit scary and exciting at the same time. I guess I will start to look at some 5k races in the fall. I finally KNOW that I can do it! Enjoy your ru !
