I've started this programme twice before and had to stop because of an old knee injury. I nagged my doc until she did something, and now I do regular physio. The result is that this, third, time, I've got to w5r3 and completed it. A month ago I really struggled, mentally and physically, to go for a minute. It wasn't easy today but I DID IT. Bring on week 6 and beyond.
