Soo I'm starting Week 4 tomorrow morning and I am very nervous! It seems like a huge jump in how long it is and Week 3 was somewhat difficult for me. Any advice to keep in mind to get through tomorrow? Or maybe just some words of encouragement!

You will be absolutely fine!! Physically the app prepares you for the jumps / changes each week and even though the week you have just completed has felt touch, believe me, you are more than ready to face this weeks challenge!
Don't worry about it and just take it easy and slow. You will do great! Keep on running!!
