So, it was a crappy morning through here in Glasgow. Rain was pouring but I decided to head out for my run. Even though the weather sucked, I still made it to my target of 4.5 miles or 7.6km. Only and other 1.7miles to get me to the 10km distance!! 9 weeks today is the Great Scottish 10k, so hopefully I am well on track in terms of preparation for it.
I hope everyone else is doing well with the programme and enjoying the fun that is running.
