I first downloaded the App in 2012 and gave up after week 2.
Last year I gave it a proper go and got up to Week 8 Run 1 and again gave up.
This year I decided to finally go for it and re-ran all the previous weeks and they were so much easier. Now I am on the final week and have 2 more runs to go. Can't believe I am now running 30 minutes non-stop and running almost 6KM a time.
Need to figure out now what is the best way to continue to improve my stamina and distance.
As far as improving stamina and distance, I am no expert. But I do know there are programs that serve as a bridge to a 10K once you're running a 5K.
