Well done! Thats a fantastic achievement!

Do you think you will want to start running longer distances? 10k?

I'm glad you mentioned podcasts. I was thinking of trying out listening to one rather than music to see how I get on. Just as you said, think I might switch off more whilst listening to the chatter.

I'm not sure what to do really, 2nd child is due in April so time to get out could be an issue as well as exhaustion ;)
Might have a look online and have a look at other programs and recommendations.

i've found podcasts good but had to try a few to find interesting ones; I like The Guardian Football Weekly, The Infinite Monkey Cage (BBC), The Bugle and Friday Night Comedy (BBC).
