Hello everyone. I am known as someone 'who doesn't run.' My friends have either started or already run. After an inspirational chat I've decided to try. Today, I did my first day of couch to 5k with my 9yr son and dog in gale force winds. Massive achievement in my little head. Hope I can do the next one!

I used this app a few years ago, when I was lighter than I am now but still overweight. I liked it and felt it was doing me good but got to week 4 and something came up, got busy, job got in the way, any excuse not to go out. I'm back again to have another go, a dress size bigger and terrified of failing again. Can't afford health wise, never mind looks-wise to gain any more weight. I've got two wardrobes full of lovely clothes I can't wear. These are my encouragements to succeed!
