When does it get easier?

Hi! I am on week 7. So far all has been good, I am exactly on schedule and have not had to repeat any runs. But......every run is hard. This morning (and every run prior) when I started out after about two minutes my legs feel so tired and heavy. I can never imagine finishing even though I eventually do with a struggle.
When does it get a little easier? I need some motivation. Thank you!
