Hi all! Have a quick question. Is there a simple way to have the app repeat a week if you want a little more time before moving on? I don't want to accidentally erase any of my progress. I just finished Week 3 and I did it but the 3 min runs were tough and not sure I canget through 5 mins just yet. Thought I might do this week one more time before moving to next set of intervals. Esp since it's holiday week.
I'm 45, overweight and been asthmatic my whole life and have NEVER been able to run. Anytime I have tried to run I get some kind of injury, hip bursitis, etc. This is working for me and I LOVE it! I've been out now in rain and snow and freezing temperatures and I feel so great after I finish a set. Planning to run a 5k in February. Thanks!!

yes it lets u repeat and still store your runs
