i completed the first week, then the 1st run of the 2nd week... but on my 2nd run i started getting pain on the back of lower leg (calf)... i had to stop and walk the rest of the way, i finished with a stretch and put some ice on it... I want to try to run on thursday for my 3rd run on the 2nd week... has anyone had this problem if so what did you do and did it work?...
