I've just completed the first week, and am loving it so far, though still finding it hard to believe that I could possibly go from being a complete non-runner to running 30 mins in just 9 weeks!
I don't have a heart rate monitor, and can't justify the expense. Is there anybody out there who has an HRM who has kept a record of calories expended for each run and would be willing to share? I am following a calorie controlled diet, and can eat back all or some of my calories 'earned' in exercise so it is quite important for me to get a rough idea of how many I'm using.
Any data would be gratefully received, most especially from females roughly my own size (5' 2" and 125lb), but data from anyone at all would at least allow me to guesstimate rough figures.
