Hi all,
I completed my first run today and I'm really pleased with the App.
I'm 25 and carry about 1/2 stone more than I would like, I've tried getting into running before but always struggle.
One of the things I find difficult is to not just undo all my hard work by over eating, whenever I do go running (today included) I get extra hungry and eat more than I should does anyone have any suggestions of what to eat to fill me up?

I usually try oatmeal, and fruit is very good too (banana,s and apples are excellent)

Thanks Alex just had oatmeal with banana's on top hopefully this will keep me going?

Lots of fiber is very good.
