Woohooo!!! Just finished week one today
So far the runs have been good. I have been doing them on the treadmill, so not sure of what speeds are the best to use, but I have just been easing into it.
Its says my next run should be thursday, but I might do it wednesday as I have more time on those days at the gym.
Right now running for 90 seconds seems like a lot... but im sure once you start its easier!
