Hey guys here is my running and diet blog... basically it covers running and diet... erm that's a bit obvious i guess but oh well...
I try to keep it related to fitness but some time i can rant on about some other things besides.... from actual running and diet....... i guess you could call it more of a diet blog though as i do talk alot more about diet.. but remember diet is important to running:lol: other stuff it covers are like running issues like what insoles and orthotic insoles you should wear to avoid injurys like plantar fasciitis...

Sarah, if you would like to start your own blog, there are lots of sites that host free blogs. You might try blogger.com or wordpress.com, those are two really well known ones.

I've just started writing a blog, should have started it earlier but only just thought of doing it, hopefully it will help in motivation for the Birmingham half marathon in Oct. Its a bit bare at the moment but I will update it regularly:) http://jhewart2490.blogspot.co.uk

Hi everyone! I am back :)

I did the Couch to 5k program in 2011/2012 and I have just started up again (into my 5th week).

During that time (in a blog) I tracked every run and gave myself tips for the next time. I thought I would share the link again because since restarting the program I have been reading them before every jog for inspiration!

In no way am I advertising this for anything, I do not get anything for them at all, I am just sharing the link again because even though they are old posts, they still help me so much and maybe they can help you too.

Running Blogs

Post by RunningmanSTL »

Hi everyone,

I started a blog earlier this year that explores how my running experiences provide lessons for the rest of life. Writing it keeps me motivated to run and running motivates me to write it. Lovely cycle.
