Hello runners!
I start week 8 on Tuesday and am looking for something to keep me motivated after I complete the get running programme.
I've looked into two options:
Nike+
or
Runkeeper Pro (iPhone app)
both will help me to map my progress, distance and time.
Runkeeper is cheaper and apparently much better, but relies on the iPhones GPS which can be tempermental
if anyone has experience of either please can you pass on your knowledge for all of us that want to keep pushing on post-week 9 (YES!!!)
XxX
Nike+ vs Runkeeper Pro
Re: Nike+ vs Runkeeper Pro
Run Keeper really is pretty excellent, and I've not had problems with the tracking at all, although I know others have occasionally had quibbles with it. There's also a free version. It doesn't include interval training, but it will record your runs and let you try the software out before you commit.
Anyone out there a keen Nike+ user?
