Week 3 and lovin' it :) but...... !!
Hello all!
I have just started week 3 and finding it all fine so far, 3 mins not a problem, however...
I looked forward onto Week 5 runs and notice the transition goes from 8 minutes to a massive leap upto 20 mins!!
Now I know I am a couple of weeks away but I am anticipating this to be quite a big leap?!
Is there anyone that has done this and found it okay?!

I was worried about it at the time, but in the end I just plodded through it and it was fine. And I've done two half-marathons since then!

I have enquired into joining my local running club at the end of the 9 weeks, I think I have fell in love, running is all I think about and itching to do the next run on my days off
