Wow. Just did W5 R2. A week ago I nearly threw up doing a week 4 run. Nearly didn't attempt week 5. Thankyou to everyone who posted about week 5 and trusting the programme. This week has been my best. I'm no natural. 45 yrs old and never been able to run but today I WAS a runner , slow and careful but a runner I was....20 minutes feels possible today. Thankyou everyone. Xx

well done you!!! I am about to do my week 7 run 1 having done my first 25 minute run at the end of week 6. It feels really great to have achieved so much in just a few weeks. Keep it up, you'll be surprised and very pleased with what you can do!
