Treadmill ?
For my last couple of runs I've used the treadmill at the gym is it ok? I actually think I worked harder, my heart beat monitor broke a new record, I was walking at 5k and running at 10k an burnt 250 calories.

My understanding is that if you run on a treadmill you should use a slight incline . This then adds some effort. When you run outside you propel yourself along, a treadmill moves under your feet for you, an incline counteracts this slightly representing normal running effort.
