W6 R3, need to believe in myself more.
Well after a 3 week break for avirus and a catch up I nailed my first 25 minute run. It was not easy but I think I'd pursuaded myself that I couldn't do it. Anyway , the usual pattern... Horrid first 5, bit of despair 2nd 5 then a bit of calmness and positivity. The last 5 was hard but ok. So..... 25 bloody minutes!! Can't believe it!!!!

Awesome! Well done. Hope to get there in a few weeks. How did you pace yourself after your virus-enforced 3 week gap?

I came back on a week 4 run. Nearly collapsed and reverted to week 3!!! Then broke all the rules and ran 4 times over 8 days doing modified week 3, 4 xnd 5 runs . Then ran infamous W5run 3 and took it from there. Chill tough today tho...
