Hi,
Tomorrow is d-day, first run since discovering I have a sprained ankle.
Fingers crossed that I'm able to complete week 4.
I have no pain now, but my foot feels weak but I hope a long 10min warm up will get me ready for a good run again.
Next run after that will be Thursday, hopefully enough time to
give my foot another nice rest before starting back full time on the plan.

Hi,
Just back from my week 4 run 3. I found the run great and was able to keep up A quicker pace than usual. It was only the last few seconds of the final run that I started to find really hard.
Foot didn't hurt but is feeling stiff and weak now. I might put some ice on it and rest now until Thursday.
I'm hoping that this is just recovery aches and I will be back to full fitness soon, its healed a lot quicker than I predicted, so I'm very grateful to be at the stage I am but I will be careful not to push it too soon.
