I was wondering howthe program works if you do not run on a specific day?
I am supposed to run on Saturday but definitely cannot due to work commitments.

Day off
Re: Day off
Get Running will just adapt to when you actually do your running.
In terms of yourself, don't worry about having the odd extra rest day, or missing a rest day – now and then, it doesn't matter, but generally, the dates that Get Running suggests are best practice for most people…
Get Running likes you to have three running days a week, to rest a day between runs, and have an extra day off after the third run of the week. The plan it gives is based on this, but if you run on different days (more often or less often) it will work out a new plan based on that.

Re: Day off
Thanks very much for that much welcomed reply! I have just completed an 18hour day (market trader) and the last thing I want to do is a run! Tomorrow it is!
Best wishes
