Restart
I was one run shy of finishing the program on September 1st. That evening, I went to the hospital with a strangulated hernia. I started Week Two on January 1st.
Re: Restart
Good for you. Hope it goes ok. Take it really easy!
Re: Restart
Good for you doing it again. I had to stop for 3 months in the summer due to back pain but started again in November. It was quite tough at first but quickly got a lot easier! Let us know how you get on

Re: Restart
Ran 38 minutes today. That put me at just past 5K distance. I will complete the program Friday afternoon. I am not sure what to do next. Should I focus on improving my time, or focus on increasing the distance?
