Starting again

Hi all

Had a bad week first run perfect, second run ok did not get to do third run as in pain from dental work. Please please and again please I need some motivation to start again. Is anyone from west London just starting out would be nice to hear from your all

I'm not in West London but, instead of doing it for weight loss and all that hooha, the best thing that worked for me, that motivated me to do the sessions and achieve each challenge was:

"I want to learn how to run."

in your case, it could be:

"I want to learn how to run again!"
