Get running and Nike plus

Does anyone else use get running and a Nike plus sensor in there shoe?

I am having trouble getting everything to work.

Don't personally use one, but what problems are you having?

Well you have to start Nike plus first and you have to select what music you play via that app. Then you start get running. All ok so far but what happens is that sometimes when get running stops the misic it doesn't start it again. Then to get it restarted again is a real hassle and the nike plus stops recording and your trying to fiddle with it whilst running.

Just wondered if anyone had worked out how to get it all working smoothly.

There is a problem with music pausing done by Get running, maybe BenJohn will be along soon with some answers...

In the mean time try asking this in the support forum tab at the top, I got a quick reply when I asked something in there with a problem I had.

Look right at the top of the page, just below the "Get Running" banner there are several tabs:

Overview, Tour, Video....

Its 3rd from the right.

I'm just catching up – I've been away for the weekend, sorry for the delay!

I've had a few reports with pausing and restarting the music, but I didn't know there was one associated with Nike+.

You've said that you're playing the music with the Nike+ application. Could you try playing the music with the iPod application (which will also run in the background). Then you can use Nike+ to record the workout, and you can use Get Running to talk to you. I'm not sure this will help, sorry, but it is worth a go.

You are up to date with the version of iPhone OS, and everything, right?

Also – could you let me know which hardware you are using, please?
