Started today !!!!!!!!
Yo I'm really feeling this program. I went out today (91 degrees) at the track. It felt pretty good. It was pretty fun and I just hope i stay motivated. I need to lose about 40 pounds. Not to look good but to stay alive !!!

That's great to hear you are so fired up, especially in that kind of heat!! A step at a time is all it takes to build your fitness and your confidence - we were all beginners at some time! Come onto the forum if you face any challenges, need some advice or, want to share your achievements. Benjohn (the app creator), interacts regularly and is always full of good suggestions without claiming to be an expert!
