Almost finished but slow!

I'm due to finish the program this week, but I'm so SLOW! Any suggestions about how to increase speed? Should I continue running for 30 mins to increase strength and stamina, or restart the program, Or is there another option? Any advice is appreciated

I've been continuing to run for 30-40 minutes, and slowly increasing my pace. It's actually more difficult than I expected, but I am pleased with my progress.
