Any advice please - my first 10k run is in a week on 12th sept, am doing it for charity which is brilliant motivation. I have been building up to it and been doing ok with 10K program. But. Have been ill for the last week so have not trained for 8 days, and still not feeling 100%. How do I get back ontrack this week? Any tips please?
