I started the c25k in January after agreeing to run a 10k at the end of may.
I want to say a massive thank you for producing the app and getting even the most sedentary couch potatoes up and exercising. I can't believe that in under 4months I've gone from getting short of breath running up the stairs to running at 5k at least 3 times a week, considering I had several weeks off after holidays and illness.
If there's any newbies out there considering starting this, then I would say definitely go for it. If I can do it anyone can
Just need a little 5 to 10k app now to help push us onwards
