After having this App for 2 years, I am finally on to the Final Week.
I first downloaded the App in 2012 and gave up after week 2.
Last year I gave it a proper go and got up to Week 8 Run 1 and again gave up.
This year I decided to finally go for it and re-ran all the previous weeks and they were so much easier. Now I am on the final week and have 2 more runs to go. Can't believe I am now running 30 minutes non-stop and running almost 6KM a time.
Need to figure out now what is the best way to continue to improve my stamina and distance.

Congratulations, Lankeymarlon! I'm in the same boat, have given up many times before. This time, I have just finished week 6 and still going.
As far as improving stamina and distance, I am no expert. But I do know there are programs that serve as a bridge to a 10K once you're running a 5K.
