Adding an extra day?
Hi all!  I started GR April 11. I've had to repeat weeks due to being overweight and having a heart condition but i have been thinking about adding an extra day into my routine. I was thinking on that extra day i could go back and start with w1r1.  I have been walking a mile on days i dont run but its getting boring!  I just started w4r1 today and will probably have to do w4 twice.  I am hoping the extra day will help strengthen my heart and lungs.  What does everyone think?  Thanks in advance for input and advice!
