I was on week 3, run 1... kind of curious... so I hopped on the treadmill and started running. I ran for 20 minutes straight! Granted, I was going slow (and on a treadmill) and ended up only running a distance of 1.5 miles... BUT! Considering 5 minute runs were intimidating...
Has anyone else tried this? Is it only because I was on a treadmill?
