Week 5 Run 3..... run for 20 mins non stop.
Is this a mistake????

If you look at the next week you have intervals of 18 and 25 minutes. The last day of week 6 is 25 min.
By that time you will have not only physically be capable, but after the 20 min run in week 5, internal runs of 10 minutes will seen like a cake walk.
I've done similar programs before and this is typical for building endurance, both mentally and physically.
