Hi Folks, i just finished week 3 yesterday and am feeling some Hip discomfort this morning. I don't think it's enough to put me off week 4 in two days time, but i'm just looking for advice and info on what could be causing it, and how to avoid the discomfort?
I am overweight at 17 stone and am 42 years of age so these 2 problems don't help
I have a very slightly sore hip, too. In my case, it’s caused from arthritis on the opposite-side big toe. I know other people have different-length legs and don’t know it. That,too, can cause the opposite side to try to accomodate, causing an abnormal gate and pain.
I’m looking for some shoes that may help my foot problem and, hopefully, also my hip pain.
