Tips for a interval-app (iOS) with enough freedom, to set the times, as I wish?

Post by Marcus from Holland »

Hi everyone, I always start my day with a set of yoga asanas (practices). Who has a tip for a good interval app (iPhone), to set the workout below, including rest times?
I already found RunTrainer. But that gives too little freedom to set the times, as I wish.
Thanks in advance for the answers.

- 1st asana: 90 sec
Rest 30 sec

- 2nd asana: 105 sec
Rest 30 sec

- 3rd asana: 90 sec
Rest 30 sec

- 4th asana: 75 sec
Rest 30 sec

- 5th asana: 150 sec
Rest 30 sec

- 6th asana: 130 sec
Rest 30 sec

I think you can find the right app directly on App Store. I have installed the Health app, where I can track different parameters. Also, I was recently looking for an app to scan documents and photos. I often work with documents in electronic format, so I need a quality scan. I've found a quality scanner at https://smartengines.com/. It saves me a lot of time and I can be sure of the quality of the result. This company keeps impressing users with new developments, and you can find their applications at their website.
