Newbie - First week
I got off the couch, where I'd been browsing the apps I could down load, put on my trainers and did my first run of week one on Tuesday, felt ok, not too difficult for the couch potato! Bit stiff yesterday and more so this morning, run 2 is looming. I hope I can keep going, why is it you can argue with your self? 'It'll be easy, 30 minutes, you'll feel better!' against 'I can't be bothered, there's no point, I will never be able to keep it going for 9 weeks so why even bother?'

Re: Newbie - First week
I felt the same and although the initial feelings of doubt crept in as my next run loomed I kept telling myself "you can do it" and you can, just dig in and breathe deep the weeks will start going by before you can blink - I find running across fields where I can actually tell myself to keep going where there is nobody around to think I'm mad helps
keep it up - Jules
