I'll check on the Bupa London site to see if there is a photo of me but I know that Sarah took a couple of me en route.

What I do have is a medal from Bupa proving that I completed the full 10k.

I want to say thanks to you as you really have changed my life and given me focus after what was a bad year last year.

I start training for the marathon next week!!!
