Today I did week 1 day 1 over again. I was halfway through week 3 before I got a nasty bout of a head cold and gross cough. After being out for a week almost, I thought it a good idea to start over. I also went from running on a treadmill to running outside. Not only was it more difficult, but I also found that my shin splints are gone now that I'm running on asphalt. Which is strange!
Anyway, I'm ready to get back at it! I'm actually starting to like running, after hating it for so long.
