Skipped the first 2 weeks of the program and finnished the last run on the first of june
I'm going 10K now, using the runtastic app to keep record and monitor heartbeat.
I am allready on 10k track, running the first 35 minutes nonstop and then powerwalk alternate run fartleg style the rest.
Buiding this up 5 minutes more each week until I am running the full 10k, 3 times a week like in the get running routine.
mon, wed, fri
Planning 20 minutes elipctical plus a fitness routine on alternate day's, tue, thur and resting in the weekends.

Now doing 10k nonstop and slowly working up the speed by alternating 5k fartleg and interval rounds with the slower endurance with fitness routines. This helped me right back into my motor suit and wedding dress.
My app is runtastic which is really fantastic and great fun to use combined with a heart rate transmitter.
