Well who would of thought it; 5 weeks ago i couldnt run for toffee; and here i am running for 20 minutes none stop. Yes i maybe slow: carrying a bit of chunk, over 40, with a face the colour of a toffee apple whilst running; however i can confirm me and monty the dog enjoyed the run today and are looking forward to completing the program!
Good luck to everbody on this jouney!
We can do this!

Fantastic Lee! Well done you - and Monty! It's a great feeling. Doing what the programme says can lead to such a difference. It justs takes motivation self belief and enthusaism. Only three months ago I started this app. Loving it now. Ran non-stop for 75 minutes this afternoon - 14km. I thnk my legs are still not sure what has hit them - but it is great. I only wished I had started before I reached the youthful age of 47! Mike
