Greetings from New Jersey, we are having a very mild winter so I started to do some walking, but after awhile I was getting bored. Never have been a runner, but love the idea of running 5k with my kids. I have been doing a lot of walking, so today was not too difficult.
Question,
Should I wait a day to go back out, or can I run back to back when I know my schedule will be difficult to get my run done due to work. Any advice is appreciated
My first day, feel great, question on taking day off

Hiya,
Well done getting started, and I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed it!
It's good to have a day off between workouts, but if that just doesn't fit in to your schedule, then don't worry about it too much – just go easy on yourself and if you are getting too sore on the second day, then re-asses.
By the way – Get Running will adapt itself to the days that you do run, so don't worry about that.
Happy running!

Benjohn,
Thanks for the info, that is great that it will adjust if I have to move my days around. Thanks again.
