I have my W5R3 tomorrow and am very nervous. 20 minutes.....aaaagh!!! Actually got up to week 6 on treadmill (travelling nurse so it's easier/safer than running in foreign places) a few weeks ago but when I went to run on land again I was only at W4R1 level.
Sticking to no treadmill now and loving it but will be surprised if I get through tomorrow. Fingers crossed.
You can do it!! I was really nervous too, but my body just got into a groove, and just get going!!! Let us know how it goes! Take it 5 minutes at a time and listen to some great music!!
I did it!!!! Very slowly but I did it all the same. So rapt. I can hardly believe it as I almost didn't make it through week 1&2. I just ran 20 minutes!
