Well I have tried many ways of running and motivating myself to run but this is by far the best, easiest, most addictive and fun !!!
Would recommend to all, 9 weeks ago I never thought I would be able to complete the program but it has been a breeze - ok well sometimes it gets a little tough but the sense of achievement rocks !!!
Now looking to improve my 5k time, then move on towards 10k and who knows what next.............
What an achievement !!
