Running more than 3 times a week.
I would like to know why you recommend running 3 times a week. I have itch feet every day and want to run more than that. I even like running in the rain. Go figure.

Because when doing the training program, your muscles need at least a whole day to recover. During this recovery day, you can do some other activities, such as walking, cycling or swimming.

I find if I take 2 days to recover I don't finish the first run of the week. I've been experimenting with 4 days a week but it does make you a lot more sore. This could be because I am farther along now though.
