Hello! I am wanting to redo a run before I go on to my next week's worth of running and minute increase. I would just like to do one more day of last week BUT I do not want to erase my past week and have to redo the whole week. I know there is an option to erase a run but I am trying not to do that either. Any suggestions?? Has anyone attempted to do this???

Sorry not to reply sooner – I hope this is still useful, or will answer the question for someone else.
Here's how you can tell Get Running the week you wan to run. Let's say you want to run week 3 when Get Running has moved on to week 4:
• Scroll the running "journey" at the bottom until week 3 is shown.
• Tap on week 3 and it will become selected in blue.
– the background text will change to tell you about week 3,
– the button at the bottom will change to read "Run Week 3".
• Tap on the run button. Get Running will ask if you really want to jump to week 3. Confirm that you do and then the run will start.
